How Can I Help you

I focus on two main ways to improve your life: healing your mind and making your daily tasks easier.

1. Psychological Therapy

Support for Your Mind

This is all about how you feel and think. If you feel "stuck" or overwhelmed, I provide a safe space to talk it out and find a way forward.

Depression Counseling:
If you’re feeling low, tired, or lost, i help you find your spark again and build hope.

Changing Negative Thoughts (CBT):
I help you spot those "bully thoughts" in your head and turn them into helpful, positive ones.

Stress & Anxiety:
Simple ways to calm your mind when life feels like too much to handle.

Trauma Counseling:
If you’ve been through a scary or painful experience, I help you process those memories so they don’t control your life anymore.

Divorce & Life Changes: Moving on after a marriage ends is one of the hardest things you’ll do. I provide a safe place to handle the grief, anger, and the "what now?" phase of a divorce.

2. Occupational Therapy

Support for Your Daily Life
This is the "doing" part of therapy. I help you manage the practical side of your day so you can be more independent.

Daily Life Integration:
I help you take what you learn in therapy and actually use it at home, at work, or at school. I help you build new routines. Whether you are learning to live on your own after a divorce or trying to stay focused at work, I give you the tools to manage your time and energy.

Skill Building:
I teach you practical "hacks" for daily tasks, making sure your environment and your schedule work for you, not against you.

Managing Your Day: I teach you simple hacks for better routines, focus, and getting things done without the burnout.
